I found this picture and became jealous of my old self. I made this in Sweden. It was fish roe, sea buckthorn berries I collected in the autumn and froze, thyme from our window garden, and a real treat...early spring honey. We collected it our bee course because it was ending, but most beekeepers don't collect that early. It tasted heavily of airy sweet dandelions.

No sound track? If you want to see what this would look like in practice, check out "BarBeQue University" with Steven Raichlen. Maybe not up your creek in general, but watch an episode and wait for the "grill porn." When he puts meat on the grill, there's some baum-chicka-bau-bau music that plays, and he even has a grill cam for close up shots of the meat. Hilarious! But not humor you can share with your relatives...
