Besides that I love to eat as our ancestors did, here are more facts about me

• I studied agricultural economics in college and specialized in development economics and food law
• I also studied food science, anthropology, beekeeping, forestry, and viticulture
• I have worked in sustainable agriculture for several years and I strongly support small farmers and farmer's markets
• I have worked on farms and I would love to own one myself someday. I am especially interested in permaculture and would love to grow rare fruit and nut trees. I would also like to have a herd of cattle.
